HaulNow ("we," "us," or "our") is a dumpster rental brokerage service operated by Tucker Coffey, sole proprietor, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. By using our website (haulnow.co), texting our phone number, calling us, or otherwise engaging with our services, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service.
HaulNow connects customers who need roll-off dumpster rentals with independent hauling providers ("Providers") in the DFW area. We are a broker — we do not own, operate, or directly control the dumpsters or hauling equipment. Our services include:
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you have the authority to accept delivery of a dumpster at the specified location.
All prices listed on our website are estimates and may vary based on location, debris type, weight, rental duration, and Provider availability. Final pricing will be confirmed before you are charged. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Standard rental sizes and starting prices:
Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, or dry runs (delivery attempts where the site is inaccessible).
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as made available through our payment processor (Stripe). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
You may cancel an order at no charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once a dumpster has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for the delivery fee. Refund requests for other charges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Providers in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of HaulNow. While we vet our Providers and strive to ensure quality service, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any Provider. Any disputes regarding the quality of hauling services should be reported to us, and we will work to resolve them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaulNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
By texting our number or providing your phone number through our website, you consent to receive text messages from HaulNow related to your dumpster rental order, including order confirmations, delivery updates, pickup scheduling, and follow-up communications. All content on haulnow.co, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HaulNow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
